We might have one of the lowest call rates in the world but that’s only for calls within the state. If you call people in different states and out of the country regularly you will find that your phone bills begin climbing to ridiculous heights. Instead of spending a lot of money with the usual telecom operators you can get a better deal with a prepaid phone card.
I went to TheRichCom phone card website and looked for some cards for India. There was a link for cheap cards on the main page. There I found a huge collection of cards with their rates and talk time listed for each country. Quite affordable and easily available.
