Yay, I finally got the entire album

‘Don’t Stay’, ‘Hit the Floor’, ‘Lying from You’, ‘Faint’ and ‘Figure.09′ are pretty good songs in the album…..but ‘Breaking the Habit’ and ‘Numb’ are my personal favourites

Somewhere I belong and Nobody’s Listening deserve notable mentions too….

On the whole, a really good album that was exactly what I expected from Linkin Park! Thumbs up, guys!

1. Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal

This is the funniest music videos i’ve ever seen and i think some members will agree. The song is originally by Michael Jackson, but this version is cooler, funnier and just sounds better. It’s not a spoof of MJ’s video but its just crazy shit - you would actually laugh out aloud.

This video is yet another satire on America. This time it features the the Moon Landing conspiracy. The song’s got a catchy beat, no special effects like their old videos but still worth watching.

3. Bulla Ki Jaana…

Its a punjabi song by Sufi singer Rabbi, and before you cringe in pain - wtach the video. The song is strangely catchy too (it NOT pop, its ’sufi rock’) but the video is very interesting. Excellent imagery, unique visuals, good camera angles and they show the english translation of the lyrics in it too!

i also have making of Meteora. it describes the art work involved. the guy in the gas mask you see on the cover of the album is actually a graffiti artist nicknamed Delta who worked with LP on the artwork for the album. you can see him in the video crouching over some canvas spray painting.

that was awesome. Jay Z and LP teamed up to make some amazing remixes and they all sound great, especially ‘numb encore’! try it. it’s excellent. in fact, listen to all of them!

For the uninitiated, this should give you a vague idea of what SlipKnot are all about.

Forget their previous 2 albums, the loud but unique self-titled debut and its noisy sequel ‘Iowa’. Forget them. This is a new Slipknot, and they rock!

C’mon, how many of you believe that there are ACOUSTIC tracks on the CD, eh? that’s right….and ACOUSTIC track, on a SLIPKNOT cd. Want more surprises? Corey Taylor actually sings….that’s right, he sings! he raps too…and he’s pretty good.

Get the song ‘Duality’ from Kazaa, or get the whole shit from BitTorrent. Trust me, its awesome.
